I'm fairly sure that it used to spawn in the room right before the stairs on catskills at one time. *scratches head* that was a long time ago so maybe I'm wrong.

Well for a weapon like dragon's breath, I'd imagine that you would want as many fireballs hitting your opponent as possible so why un-equip it?

Well since everyone is voicing their opinions against this change, I will go in and say that it is not a bad change imo.

When did they change it so that boxes/chests no longer blocked monsters? I remember using a box and fire walls to farm monsters in dungeons until they fixed it. I believe that initially they made it so that monsters would "break" any boxes that totally blocked their pathfinding.

pre-cast BS outside of LOS and then cast it in the room, then keep pumping BS into the room until all ogres are dead =) EV are a plus if you can cast them.

soloing Wrong is easy with blade spirits, anyone who has trouble there should learn the aggro mechanics of the ogre lords.
