stupid event made my char that jus turned blue, red, thanks.

I think the only way it could be rare again was if there was a way to get everybody's pair to get thrown into the clean up brit system. Another way I think could solve the problem would be to stop the spawning of blue sandals on evil mages. But I am wondering would it be solving it to be more T2A ac...

Excuse if I am incorrect, but didn't colored sandals only spawned on NPC is town in the OSI era of T2A?
