Re: House placement

Re: House placement

Due to the saturation of the housing market, you usually do not have to pay much over deed for a house that's already placed. I very rarely see L Shapes going for more than a deed + small. Re: Your favorite city?

It's a toss up between skara and jhelom for me. Both have all the shops that I need and are not full of useless buildings. Skara gets the nod because of the stables and it's a pain in the ass to use the teleporter in jhelom just to go to the Mage shop.

Least favorite cities? Trinsic and Vesper.

Re: Stables Seem Busted

IIRC, you can only obtain a pet from the specific stable you put it in. So if you are stabling a lot of animals, you should keep a list of what is going where.

Thanks for the separate forum.

I am a Mac user. I get by, but I'm still considering resurrecting an ancient laptop for UO purposes. I'm just not in love with Wine -- particularly the newest update. :(

Re: Auctions and Private Bids?

If it's a house that I plan to "live" in, I'd rather not let those people that I kill/steal/annoy know where to get their revenge. That's the only reason that I can think of.

Re: chumbucket and Associates, Department of Sheep Husbandry

Each cA Associate is thoroughly trained in the proper procedures regarding sheep euthanization. We are not an enemy of the sheep at all. In fact, we feel sorry for them having to live in such conditions and putting them out of their misery is usually the only option. This is why purchasing a permit...
