UO Second Age

Hi guys, first post here, loving the server good to be back playin uo after soo long. Quick Q, do fencing weaps still do paralysing blows? Also i see lots and lots of people with swords and some macing but no other bugger seems to do fencing.....have i just GMed the wrong bloody weap type? lol cheer...
