Reagents Help

I still dont quite grasp reagents and how to best use them. I knwo you should stock up on them if youre a mage and keep them in the bank. But whats a proper amount to take out of the bank with you when going out to battle? I keep having difficulty getting abunch then losing them all when dying.

The best rule is never leave town with anymore than you can afford to lose.

That being said, I usually take 30-50 each depending on what I'm doing. Rarely I might roll with 100 but I'm probably with others on a long hunt if so. Keep blank runes and your mark spell handy. Its always better to bank your loot before that "just one more monster" turns into "just one more ghost walk". Recall and Mark will keep you moving forward quickly and safely.

Depends on where you are going/where your character is development wise to be honest.

For example if you have low magery you are going to fizzle much more often, so I would keep more reagents with me... But I never really use magery unless its around the 65 mark (for a warrior) and 80-85 for a pure mage.

I agree with 30-50 of each reg, also tailor this to your needs. I use an inordinate amount of mandrake root and bloodmoss, so I take about twice as much of those. Just take a little extra of whichever you have to recall back to town to restock on frequently.

yeah, I used to roll with 50 of most, and 60 of root and pearl

i roll with 160 of each.. why come back and bank so soon..?
