Can you cast from regs in a locked box?

Can't equip while casting, rly?

Buy a horse at any stable for 550...can't equip while casting

Not sure on the first two...never tried either

I distinctly remember in the "server wars" right before the server reset poisoning my hally of force and putting the smack down on some Koreans
