Curious about housing prices...
I have a 2 Story w/ 2 smalls surrounding a pond by the hedge maze. The homes are really secluded and I think it's a nice looking area. I am contemplating selling them and was curious about what I should ask for the properties.

FInd out if people are interested. If people arnt you are simply looking at deed or deed +10-20k for the luxury of already having them placed.
Change in housing rules hurt low end real estate.
Having to use a broker or trust people IMHO has lead to low end housing being not worth the risk or time since so many places are available to place your own.
If you have Multiple people interested then start at something like Deed +40-50k and let them bid.
