A few questions. Can I buy a silver swords weapon off of anyone? It doesn't have to be fancy, just plain silver would be nice.

Also, does poison just not go away unless you cure it? I fought a snake accidentally and it poisoned me. It never went away. I had to run to Moonglow and buy an orange potion.

1) Check around Yew Moongate for a silver weapon. There's tons of vendors there, and they seem to be cheaper than Vesper.

2) Poison does eventually wear off, it just takes awhile. My char with 100 str, if left untreated, drops to about 7 or 8 hp just from the poison alone (with a silver serpent).

I played on Lake Superior around that time as well, but quit before the Samurai stuff. I've been on UOSA now for a few months and love it. I'm sure you will too.
