Spell Disruption

How does spell disruption work on this shard? Will 1 point of damage disrupt any spell or is it based off of a combination of damage/magery/circle? Also, if you disrupt someone do they have to wait for the duration of their spell cast to cast another spell or can they immediately recast?

Currently any damage will disrupt. However (please read latest post in Shard News) we will be testing the conversion to damage/magery resist this week.

You do not need to wait to recast.

Lucky for me I should be finished with my character just in time to help you test the changes.

Yes, if your spell is disrupted you can immediately attempt to cast another.
