Skill Cap

Just wondering. Is there a diffrence in skill gaining, If your at 700 skill cap or at 300 skill cap.

I heard if you are red, skill gain is more difficult when at your skill cap. Is this true?

so what Faust said is true tho. Skill gains will be the same, reguardless if ur at 650 skill points or 300?

That's correct, you "skill total" has no effect on gains, just your level in that particular skill, and your ability to gain. Being at cap even will not slow you down as long as another skill is available to atrophy (marked down)
