Has anyone seen any for a while? I used to get them back and forth while working lp upto GM but havent seen one for several weeks? reckon ive done a few hundred chests in that time.
Can anyone confirm this?

I've gotten them lately. I think 4 this week. So they are still there, u must have had bad luck.

They seem to be very rare, in my experience.
I found maybe 8 when going from 95 to 100 Lockpicking, which took almost a month.

I got one earlier today after a few months of none..
It IS a 1% drop as far as I know so don't expect em!
