Buyback 2 Story Wood and Plaster for 63,128? Is that wrong?

I'm trying to place a tower before I have to leave for training and the vendor will buyback the deed for only 63,12GP. Is that how it's suppose to be? I paid almost 200k for it.

I wouldnt suggest selling and waiting for a GM to come on or try a differnet npc in a different town.

Yeah, the price display is bugged, but you will get full price. Were hoping to get this fixed.
