Sheep Wool and rune books

How long does it take on this server for sheep to re-spawn or the wool to come back? (in yew)

also are rune books blessed? if not how do u get a bless deed? how much do they sell for? or a blessed rune book how much do they sell for?

Runebooks are not blessed, nor do I think you can get a deed to bless them.
