Only a Murderer title? Is that even right for this era?

Dunno, is it even possible to get your karma low enough for those titles without murdering? I know karma caps out on critters goin the other direction, maybe petty crimes only make you so "evil" and then ya hafta move on to carnage.

Evil Lord and Dread Lord are part of the Pre-T2A notoriety system which was replaced by the reputation system (fame and karma)

You can be Evil Lord and Dread Lord, just don't go red. Wait your counts out before murdering again. Kill wandering healers.. Make a dummy alt and pk it over and over without giving yourself a count whatever works for you to get karma that low.
