Picture Size Limit

What is the Size Limit for Pictures on these Forums?

i dont know but it isnt wide enough. I've had problems making pics wide enough(its like 480 pixels) text becomes almost unreadable. DERRICK CHANGE IT!! Everyone is missing out on my awsome pics!

Ah, the forum only allows attached pictures now. I hope it is for a really good reason. Now you can only post 3 pics per post, and those pics are big, clunky, and do not fit well within a nicely formatted post.

How did you do that first pic? The Sara Lee one. It is obviously different then the other ones. First its bigger, is it more than 480 pixels wide? 2nd your able to click it to zoom in. Id rather have my posts look like that then smooshed to fit.

that one was actually a RAW uncropped, unedited screenshot from Razor,

this is gonna take some more testing ...

1. is there a size limit on Pictures?
2. what is the suggested way to post pictures?
3. can we post video clips?
4. does blackfoot hate everyone?

Maximum file size is 256KB; not sure if there is a maximum dimension, but I'd just assume it wouldn't matter if it was too wide or long. (thats what she said)

There's no dimension limit, but they will be auto thumbnailed at a certain point, like your first one, you have to click it to see the full size.

The linked image (from another site) limit is 480px wide. We are trying to encourage uploading of images to the forums instead of linking them from fly-by-night image shacks.
