Also, horsies with no rider used to be almost able to keep up with a running person, but now (even when not fatigued) they seem to be much slower.

I had the same issue, I thought a change had just been implemented but not sure now! Never had the stamina issue before now (usually because I don't run too often!) but was doing the scavenger hunt yesterday like BenBrawl and had to keep on stopping because of horse stamina issue.

My alt's mount got completely fatigued running from the Vesper GY to Vesper yesterday, I was carrying something like 92/300 and previously had been doing almost no running.

I was halfway through Brit Sewers, motionless doing nothing for hours just standing still killing vermin. I ran to Brit moongate and my horse was fatigued upon arrival. I had little on person just a katana some bone arms and leggings a studded tunic with a norse helm nothing else.

5 minutes? my horse used to fatigue running from brit bank to brit GY. i'd carry around a shitload of apples to counter it (which was still bad in pvp, since you couldnt get back on your horse if someoen attacked it). that was around nov-dec 09 (when a server with a decent ping for me was finally released)

this was with a standard equip of regs, hally, pouches, minimal pots :?

i have not been fatiged on UOSA yet, but i do not run maximum speed (my ping is pretty horrible). it's almost maximum speed, but not quite. i can run indefinitely from what i can tell.

Horses do fatigue here, but only if you run for a while at a VERY heavy weight.

Personally, I think the curve is too steep - i.e. weight is overly-hurtful at high amounts and not enough of a factor at small amounts. But whatever. I've chased 200+ stone players for a solid 5 or 6 minutes on horseback and their mounts never fatigued.

Anyone care to also post if these mounts are store bought or tamed from the wild.. I myself never use horses and ride only llamas thus all mine are tamed out of the wilds of t2a, and I never had this problem. Granted I'm a merchent and don't do alot of running but I do have to move around alot to restock vendors.

Just wondering if buying mounts from tamers would solve some of you guys problems.
