I got a level one map off a lich today and felt a little ripped off. I noticed that the chart shows a chance of 1 or 3 (possibly a 2 also?) on lichs ( http://web.archive.org/web/200012070401 ... vels.shtml ).
What is the chance of getting a ghetto lich since the last patch? Also can you get 1 through 3 or 1 or 3 now?

It's one Or three currently, but that's my intrepretation of the information we have. Any further info on the accuracy of this will be appreciated.
