Looking to buy a keep that is NOT located on ice or swamplands. Preferably close to water, but not a requirement. Paying a castle deed, plus a tower spot that is right by water. Please contact me if you have any offers! Thanks!

I have purchased a keep from Halogen. He passed the ultimate test of trustworthiness in UO... I handed him a castle deed and he transferred the keep afterward. 
Naturally, I would never have done this had it not been for his reputation as a fair player, but chalk this up as another testament of Halogen's character!
