Does anyone have any tips on creating a macro that will train both hiding and tracking at the same time?

Both have a delay when using these skills. You can do one or the other not both at the same time.

"at the same time" technically is correct, you can't do it.
but what i'm sure this dude wants is just a single macro running both of them.
so..
use skill hiding
wait 10s
use skill tracking (here youll need to also have at least one menu response for monster/people/animal)
wait 10s
change all the timeouts for the wait for menus and whatnot to 1 or 2s, loop it, press play, go to sleep.
