Is there a reason that runebooks arent blessed? Seems like its adding insult to injury. Got PKed at lich lords and had to run out. Was stranded on ice isle for over an hour after ressing at the shrine and only got off because I was lucky enough to find someone at home who was nice enough to gate me to Skara. Yeah, yeah, whine whine whine. I dont mind being PKed, its part of the game. Hell, part of the appeal of UO is the risk. Not having blessed runebooks though? a little much imo.

This shard replicates the '99 time frame and they were not blessed until after the UOR publish.

I am glad runebooks aren't blessed, it makes rune libraries mean something and makes getting around Brittania not so instant.

Stuck option is what you need to use when stranded, but yea I know what you mean it sucks when you run out.

will the stuck option work when stranded somewhere like ice island? I always thought it was reserved for being stuck on a single tile or something similar. Well, good to know. Thanks for the info. Very good points about rune libraries and not so instant travel. Was just frustrated about being stuck.

There is a limit to how many times the stuck menu will process and be used per 24 hours.

Please feel free to use this option whenever in need since there is no reason not too. At least unless you don't think it would be worth while issue for that particular situation to prevent yourself from maxing out the cap or limit for that day of course. The stuck menu is used by a lot of players as a transportation tool.

Or if you feel like a cheater for using the help stuck option, you wont lose a Ship Model upon death and a nice cruise will do you good after a hard life of being pk'd.

I know this doesn't help if you have no magery, but all the reagents spawn on dagger isle as well, and there are pleanty of runes in houses.
