I'm going to set a buyout of a Tower deed + an L-Shape deed for the Tower, and I'm going to have it end tomorrow evening at 10pm forum time (the time in the upper right hand corner of this page) if the buyout is not reached.

Thus, if someone submits the buyout price before 10pm forum time tomorrow evening (2/6/10), the Tower is theirs.

If not, then at 10pm forum time tomorrow night (2/6/10) the highest bid at that time wins the Tower.
