How do you get the qest from Sagen? (the chick in Brit going on about the Brit GY at night)

How do you get that scavenger hunt quest...the one with the original sound effect that keeps startling me when people show up while doing the hunt...think its like "AHA".

The scavenger hunt is givin out at random times by lord brit i usually just check him everytime im around brit.I have been doing it on and off and it is a blast.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get this quest? She is in the little guard shack between the Brit bridge and the bank, sitting at the table.

i guess i gave away the location of the ever elusive npc the staff has been looking for.

And yes i tried all the normal greetings and text triggers i could think of to get the quest from her. But if shes gone... oh well
