Lockpicking and dungeon chests question

Im at 74 an just switched to GM box's (it doesnt say "crafted by" but im pretty sure its a GM box? does anyone know where a vendor is that i could buy them from just in case?) and was just wondering a few things...
-how long does it take to get from 75-90 or 95?
-at what level can i start doing level 4 chests in dungeons? Im anxious to get my feet wet an start dungeon crawling
-Are there many chests in towns to unlock an steal from?
-do you go grey when you unlock a chest in town an take things from it?

You don't go gray in town, no.

I'd advise just macroing up to 95.0 and picking dungeon chests once you get there. Otherwise, you're honestly just wasting time and lockpicks, even if you can pick them before 95.0.

Only way to know if it's GM-tinker-lockable is if you can macro up to 95.0 on it. If you find you've stopped before then, and you're no longer breaking lock picks, it's not a GM box.

ended up it wasnt a gm box, but i went an bought one, Im at 86.5 atm hopefully tryin to make it to atleast 90ish tonight before i pass out so i can try some dungeon crawling a little Are levels 4's typically in the lower levels of dungeons?

Uhm, also my gains have nearly halted to nothing at this point, im at 89.7 real and 90.3 shown... Is this normal or do I have the wrong difficulty chest?

Gains do slow down around there, but a GM chest will get you to 95 or so.

Ok so Im at 94.4 an decided to run down to some dungeons... Ive ran nearly all of despise an it looks like someone has already gone through an unlocked the entire dungeon... Is this normal to run into? also how long does it take a chest to respawn?
