Places for Archers to hunt?

Hi all! So I just gm'd my archer tonight! Did it the old fashioned way, hunting! However I'm kind of at lost as to where to hunt now. Although I'm gm archery and tactics, it takes quite a long time to kill monsters with high HP. What are some good places to hunt for $$? I've been hunting in the jungles around Papua and in the forests around Yew moongate only!

Would like some recommendations! =)

Also, which places are PK hot spots?

Dexxers can make good cash from liches.
Just go buy a silver bow (1-4k) and go rock them!
800gp a pop
You can probably kill a liche in a few seconds.

Cove & Deceit has some.
Also wind if you have magery.

Oh that sounds like a great idea! =)

Might try this at some of those lich spawning grounds south of Yew moongate. Been targeted by pks a few times there but with trapped pouches, I always make an escape! =)

Make a macro you can hit that casts recall and targets a specific rune so you can escape with one key being pressed.
Dont take a chance 1v1 against a pk unless your 7x GM at least.

Actually, if you're near a guard zone (like at Yew liches), it's definitely better to have a Greater Heal potion and a few trapped pouches (and be on a horse). Unless you're ganked when you're at 50 HPs or something, you're getting away every time. Recall casts quickly, but can be disrupted.

Yeah, I usually run and hide (near GM), repeat if revealed, until I lose em. And I always carry some trapped pouches. =)

Most of The Lost Lands "T2A" are set up where you can gain the high ground in hunting almost entirely throughout every region there which is perfect for archers.
