Hell hound room

Hi im new to the shard and i was reading one tamer guide here on the forum which said to go to the hell hound room in hythloth.
I went to the Moonglow runelibrary and recalled to the spot but there was just an empty room. Was the spawn moved and do you know some other good spawns to train taming around 85?

Fire Dungeon T2A...But seriously I got to 93 taming in Hoppers Bog. I hate making bandaids but its all I do anymore. I release what I tame and lure tentacles to kill them.

Same experience here. I was taming alot in the hell hound room and now it seems the spawn is just gone. In one of the next rooms on the map with the tables and orcs there were supposed to be hell hounds too. They are all gone from that level it seems.
At the Deamon/Balron level there are like 2 hell hounds now

Is there something broken maybe?

I've recently been to a hell hound room in hyloth with like 5 Hell Hounds...

Honestly forget exactly where it was as I hit a rune to it.

I've always done hell hound taming to get to GM. This concerns me.. No constant hell hound spawn here?
