Hi all I am tired of having to constantly refresh the small houses I purchased and had ideas of opening up a small vendor shop. Sadly I dont quite have the time or dedication to do this so im gonna give someone else an opportunity to buy this baby and make it a good vendor spot it is about 1-2 screens to the right from the moongate and there is 1 neighbour house who has a vendor already. Starting bid is 70k buyout 150k I will end this if I dont get bids after a certain point. If not I will end this at 10pm Wednesday!
