So last night I was macroing hiding on my noob dexer (I'm not established on the shard yet) and figured I might as well macro wrestle/swords on a new char for a future tank mage. I ran around the entire city of Minoc looking for hireable fighters and couldn't find a single one (in fact, there were no hireable NPCs at all, just a lot of guards).
I used to hire NPCs all the time - they were just walking around cities (any city). Do they exist on UOSA?
And if so, where do you hire paladins? Totally forgotten on that one.
Where are all the hireable NPCs?

Try Delucia, Jhelom, or Britain

There is a whole lot of them in Delucia in their outpost near the gate.

For NPC fighters, there are usually always some in the tavern next to West Britain Bank. They are all mostly naked from repeated beatings though!
