Either the person who took that footage has the worst video card, or those are just the most god awful 3D graphics I have ever seen for a PC Game.

However, on topic, I don't think there would be anything against using the client, if it would even work, unless it allows you to perform any action which wouldn't be deemed legal by normal mechanics.
