Spell damages&delays

I want to know damages and delays of the spells.. I wonder base damages of harmful spells. And delay : For example explosion is applied after 3-4 secs of casting it..

I think most spells do the damage on a 1 second delay. Explosion is an exception, as well as Harm, and the debuff spells.
