Placing Houses

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

Placing Houses

It'd be cool to have something when you're placing a house.... If you can place it there the whole house goes green if you can't place it somewhere it goes red. It's not t2a accurate but it's nothing major at all.

thats half the fun, standing in the middle of the open forrest clicking your house deed, hoping to god that a pk doesnt come and take it away all your hard work.

i had that experience the other night. placing a patio. thankfully no one came.

i found out it had to be placed two tile from trees and 10 tiles from my neighbour

plus u can always test house placement on the test server :)

that would have to be built into the client. It's a good idea, but not implementable here

The osi shards had this thing called a House placement tool... it was like every deed in one happy jar that was blessed.

Placing houses was a breeze.. yet everytime a castle fell there was 5 stone houses that sprung up from the ashes...

dont goof with the system now... deeds work fine.. theres a fine art to placing the big houses. learn it. take pride in your keep.

Aye, this tool came along with the house deco tool which also destroyed a great skill.
