Provocation stuck at 95.5?

Been working on Provocation and got it to 95.5 macroing on 2 horses trapped in a house. At this point, I haven't seen a skill gain in about 5 hours. I do have 700.0 real skill but I have 5 skills with arrows down.

Any ideas?

Are you sure that you have skill to lose in the 5 skills you've marked down? Check show real at the bottom of the skills list to check.

Provocation is slow to gain, but at 95.5 skill level I'd just go start using it.

think i figured it out. clicked on real stats and the ones i wanna keep = 700. looks like i have to sacrifice something.
