Macroing Enticement...then to britt stables

I am curios as how to macro exactly... I am trying to make a bard, I've bought about 4 drums and was trying to entice severt different animals.

-Does anyone know what animal to entice at what level?


-Does anyone know what instrument to do it with?

-Does anyone know an easier way?

I've read the Quick and easy start guide forum, and I don't think it was specific enough.

Will someone please write a detailed thread in responce to this.

P.S. What time exactly does the shard go down, and when does it go back up?

shard goes down at 7 and comes back 5min later!

type of intrument doesnt matter.

animal type doesnt matter.

just record a provoking loop and ur good 2 go! there isnt really any detail to it.
but u may want to insert use intrument by type somewhere!

Beware of griefers in the stables, here's a few pointers that helped me.

* Don't go into the stalls in the barn (sometimes being blocked in especially in the castle barn is your death sentence) If you are in the isle of the barn you can get away if the animals you are provoking decide to attack you. (after someone opens their gate)

* target the sheep and chickens, even if they are killed they spawn back quick. If someone decides to open the gate when you are provoking a bull you will probably die if your character is unattended. (I did) A chicken and a sheep are less likely to kill you.

* Some people shout "Guards" every few seconds, I guess this might be helpful. I used tambourines and hid them under my magery book. You can't steal them if you can't see them.

Don't get discouraged. Expect to come back to a dead character, be happy when you are still alive. It took me about a week (brand new to the server) macroing Hiding (98), Music (GM), Peacemaking (85) and Provoke (83)

The biggest tip for macroing provocation is to not be anywhere near Britain. Change towns and you won't get griefed.
