Whats the deal with rubberbanding in dungeons?

Theres certain spots where going between rock formations in dungeons that will cause you to rubberband and you can't get through. This is especially dangerous in Wind where there are several spots that have this problem.

I had same prob in wind, then i patched to the client suggested, and not a prob anymore
