Stealing
I cant seem to steal anythin at all from any players, i have waited a week and done my 48 hours got to 72 in stealing and i have joined the NPC Thief guild. But when i approach a player, snoop then go for steal something its just says "You can't steal that." Ive tried stealin everythin from scissors to money to shoes but i get the same answer every time. any1 got any ideas?

You're probably trying to steal items that are newbied or blessed. Some items (the items a new character starts with) cannot be stolen or lost, unless you die with them while you are a murderer. Blessed items can never be lost unless they are in a bag and stolen, or you die.

Also some items like runebooks cannot be directly stolen, you have to do a general steal to have a chance at items like that.
