You can not create magic weapons and armor. Magic weapons and armor are looted from monsters all over the world.

How can I create magic weapons and armors?

You'll need to have magery and lots of gems. At 50 magery, you can make low level magic weapons (ruin, durable, etc). At GM, you can make weapons of vanquishing, invulnerability, etc. Depending on the magic level, you'll consume an amount of gems--a vanq halberd takes 5 diamonds or 10 sapphires.
