buying land plots

I am willing to buy one, or both of these locations. Yes I will pay your extra fee of "owning it first.." However, I will pay no more than 140k per plot..

Both of these houses are located in the Britain Graveyard..

yea well none of these people play anymore from my understanding.. theres so many valuable house plots taken up by inactive players...

Dont give in! I think the last thing we need is a pk living right by the GY. its bad enough newbs think the area safe. Lets not remove all doubt

I'd buy it too though if it was for sale. Can i hijack bid 200k on it?

actually yes I am.... when i did keep it stocked I was making that a week... now im down to making around 25k a week, even with it being "understocked"

anyway I use it as a log out spot over a vendor house...

its a waste because i have plans to make the graveyard a pk hotspot.. but without a place of establishment there i'm not just going to roam around with nowhere to evade ganks :/

there are a few other spots around that area for homes.... just walk a bit to the west...

and if you were going to make it a "hotspot" why would I wanna sell it? I already have wylan banned

there are 6 houses at the brit graveyard, of those 6, you are the only active house owner.. even Kylock is inactive now..

yea i know... there are alot of spots I would like but they always seem to go greatly then a few days later they are new...

what happened with kylock?

but there are a few spots that are not right on the GY but pretty damn close to place...
