I'm sure no one is complaining about not getting to pay a monthly fee, nor is anyone saying "man I wish there was more lag here..." , but I'd play the above in a heartbeat.Corbin wrote: Plus, if you want to get very technical with the accuracy of the era, how about they wipe the shard and everyone has to start from scratch with no Razor/3rd Party Programs or macroing (even attended using a tool that was programmed with macros) and enforced it like Origin did and everyone who is caught using said programs (which can be done if the GM cares enough to figure it out) is banned from the game? Of course, era accuracy will also require a $7.99 donation be made to the site every month as well per account. It will also require they lower the connection to an ISDN with 128kbps to emulate lag and also reinstate bugs that plagued us during T2A years. Sounding ridiculous enough yet? I'm just explaining what exactly you want when you ask for 100% accuracy.
Believe it or not, many players come here wanting accuracy. Yes the change in policies and the automation of gameplay appeals to some gamers, but I'd bet just as many are put off when they come here hoping for an accurate version of the game only to find a slew of inaccurate features that have completely changed the game.

You're not the first to use the above arguments, actually they come up in every single discussion regarding multiclienting, macroing, and events, but I've never bought it.
The fact that more and more players continue to come to a shard that puts accuracy first, a server that is always changing to become more like the era (even when it comes to adding in what are admittedly bad features of the era) speaks well to the fact that many players want an accurate version of the game.
