Vesper South Beach Resort - New Player Housing (8 Vacant)

Ive been meaning to do this for some time, but moving all my junk to the new tower and placing the new house / towers how I wanted was just alot of work I didnt feel like doing untill recently. As an alternate choice of Theograd's Trinsic Estates, I have opened up and made available the new Vesper South Beach Resort.

Included in this resort are 4 small houses and 2 towers. Im not going to go as far as Theograd did with providing in house supplies and add-ons.(Not yet anyway) But I will co-own any new player looking for shelter. The towers are a bit much for new players but can be used for player ran events if they wish or resist sessions.

The VSBR includes easy access to the water, as well as very close to the southern Vesper Inn and the ever so famous Vesper Rune Library for new players to use to get around Britania as well as the inactive "Thirsty Clam". There is a non-agressive Brigand camp which can be used to skill up or gain small amount of coin and items. There are also random agressive spawns such as ghouls, headless ones, ettins, trolls etc etc.

Any house/tower on the beach labled "Jeebs Inc." is available for new players. Just PM or post the house you want. I.E. Jeebs Inc. (1), Jeebs Inc. (2), Jeebs Inc. (T1).

- You will be made co-owner of the house. The houses are currently private, with a key ring with house key locked down on the steps. So no need to carry house keys around. Just unlock the door, walk through and shut, and relock. You can access the key on the step even while inside the house. I will appon request unlock the key and let you carry it if you wish, just remember the risk in this.

- You are free to friend whomever you like. Just remember that friends can access the key ring and the secure chest.

-I will place a secure container whereever you wish. Just ask.

- You must be actively working to place your own home. This includes training skills in order to earn gold. I won't be looking for status updates, but I will prompt you if it seems like you've been there an exceptionally long time.

-You will be given a 1 month time to gain skill and find your own house. After your 1 month is up you be re-evaluated for more time or eviction.

- Once you've place a house of your own (being a co-owner doesn't restrict you from placing a house), let me know, and I'll remove your access to the house, as well as clear the friends list.

In general, you are free to use the house as you wish. However, if you are found harming or griefing the other tenants of the beach, I will evict you. It's my intention that this help new players get acclimated to the server, and help us grow even larger. Those type of actions would obviously hinder that. But to be clear, it's only on the beach you need to behave. I've no say over what you do in the rest of the world.

So with that, we're officially open. If you fit the above description, send me a PM and we'll get you moved in. If you know of a player that fits, please pass this along to them. I don't really intend to go hunting for tenants, just play landlord. Hopefully the community here can take advantage of this. These houses are first come, first serve, but I will keep a waiting list if demand warrants it.

BTW, saw mrbojangles offering equipent donations, might want to hit him up to see if he could do that for you too.

If you are thinking about equipping before lending, I'd gladly put up the tools, shovels, sewing kits, tongs, and tinker tools.

Awesome! There is no doubt about it, establishments like this do keep people on the shard longer. Having a house to go to , etc. during the early stages is key to character development.

Only complaint - South Beach Miami is EXTREMELY gay/homosexual... Is Vesper South Beach also like this? Would guests need to worry about same sex groping, fudge packing, (misc. gay term), (misc. gay term), etc. etc?

Still lotsof vacancies. Think my last tenants quit as well, the tower went to greatly before i noticed it, so probably be removing them soon if i dont see any action.
