I currently have the deed already and a very small amount of cash but a few items to trade.

Plus what little gold I have on me, about 3.5k currently.

Seeing as the Fall of Nujel'm Trophy is worth much more than I realized...that is off the table unless the house is in a STELLAR location. (A few screens from Britt, Yew Moongate, etc..)

They are worth 10 silver, and each silver is worth 7-8k

You can trade lots of silver in for cool rewards like hued masks, special dyes, rares, etc..

Is there a particular location you were hoping for?

I still see land spots big enough for a patio all over the place. I just placed a tower for myself last night.

PM me if you want me to help you find a spot you can place your deed yourself and save a bit of money. Buying a house from someone for over deed price only rewards them for being greedy and hoarding land.

If they are worth that much I got 2 one from the city and one from lord British assassination attempt. Ill trade them and 25k to someone for. A house.
