Poisoning Question(s)

1) When you poison a weapon, how many charges do you get on your weapon?

2) What skill in poisoning do you need to be able to regularly apply Deadly Poison succesfully? (Roughly)

Not sure on #1, but pretty sure you can't fail with Deadly Poison at 95 Poisoning. At least that's what I was told.

For #1...

The formula is:

Charges = 20 - [poison level]*2

So...
lesser poison = 18
poison = 16
greater poison = 14
deadly poison = 12
