What happens to a house if you delete the owning character?

If someone deletes a character forgetting that the character owns a house, what happens to the house? Will it become condemned in some way after x time? I guess it cannot be sold/re-deeded/re-keyed, but can it still be maintained and used?

I've tried some searching but there's loads of unrelated threads containing the terms I'm trying.

I have never tried it, but from what I understand is this is what happens



ACCOUNT ABC

TOON #1
TOON #2
TOON #3



If toons #2 & 3 each own houses, and you delete toon #3 the house ownership would be bumped to the character ahead of it, in the case #2, since Toon #2 already owns a house this house becomes condemned, everything about it is the same, and Toon #2 should have control just like the owner, but the house can not be refreshed.

I am not sure what happens if there is only one Toon on an account

Thanks. I came this >.< close to deleting a char earlier before remembering he owned my mining house. That left me curious about what would have happened.
