Control Question - Pets

At 84.2/55.6 this is mainly a frenzie question but I guess it could apply to anything. I sorta remember from Siege a formula roughly like .8(tame skill)+.2(lore)=ability to control a pet - had to be higher than skill required to tame that pet. I guess frenzies are still 77.1 here also. My math says I should be able.

My trusted frenzie only listens part time however. Almost always follows or stays and will listen to kill commands like 2/3 of the time. This kind of thing. A newly tamed frenzie acts different. I tamed one the other day and had to ride it to get it into town while my actual mount just followed along cool as can be.

What's different here? I guess there is partial control and btw my mounts always eat food.. Thanks.
