This is my second attempt at finding a solution for this, I know there is already a section about it on forums but I can't find it again...
I was following directions at deleting a rectangular shaped character on the bottom of the file so as to enable my options saving, what ended up happening was I deleted more then I should have, making it impossible for me to figure out what to do at this point...
Can someone help me find a solution to this problem? Constantly having to reset options is just a major pain in the arse!!!

Glad you got it sorted, not sure if you re-read the original post that had new information for fixing it.. but it's fixed so it's all good.
