Celebrating house decor
Re: Celebrating house decor
Patio I used to have here on UOSA (Hemperor photobombing of course):
I initially had some decor in the large back room, but I ended up moving most of it out to make room for loot drop from tmaps and pvp. The open space worked out so much better.

Haha it looks like the horse just gave birth to Hemperor...
Very nice deco job btw. The fountain especially!

My little fishpond and farmland (not finished yet), no money to buy rare item for decoration (e.g. water barrel, stone, etc.), so just use all common items, please comment.

Those do look pretty classy. At first I wondered what the dummy was for, but then realised it was a scarecrow, heh. Thumbs up.robinyip wrote:My little fishpond and farmland (not finished yet), no money to buy rare item for decoration (e.g. water barrel, stone, etc.), so just use all common items, please comment.

I was just in there yesterday. Sold Unstablecorn a tmap and he was showing it off. I love the "safe room" you have ant he fireplace on the floor below as well.Rompkin wrote:Here's a house I'm decorating at the moment with some help from Unstablecorn.

Re: Celebrating house decor
WOW! I cant believe how good some of these look. I have never had any type of deco in any house i've ever owned. They've always just been an absolute mess, bags all over the place, shit here and there, etc.
It seems like all that deco stuff would require maintenance, err... well, house cleaning - sort of. Like, you'd have to put your power fencing items in that box, and you silver force or below in that chest, etc. Too much work.
I wonder if these people have really organized and clean houses IRL? I would imagine so..
PS - That hut that is made out of logs and staffs is fucking awesome!!! I would use it to catch a beat in game....

Re: Celebrating house decor
caveman: that's amazing! I think that's the best small house I've seen so far.
Mirage and Kerik: thank you for your kind words (and free advertising!)
Saltyclappers: I'm actually horribly unorganized in real life. Ha! Yes, these houses require maintenance, but being organized in game is much better than knowing you've got a silver katana or power -somewhere- and searching for 20 minutes without finding it.
Keep them coming guys. This is a great reference tool!

Its not the most fun way to make money ingame, but then, neither is mining.
