Predator Hellcats are tameable with 89.1 skill (tried with 89.3)

On Stratics they say that the minimum skill was 91.8 on T2A, Oct 1999.

There are many RunUO default taming requirements that were off from the t2a stratics web site while I was doing taming. I just looked in the RunUO code to verify when I would actually start on a specific creature for taming.
