Treasure Chest nerf?

Yarg!!! This is Bucklebones again.

Have the level one t-chests been nerfed on this shard or something? I am getting a ton of, well, crap. Magic hats and skining knives and just stuff I dont really need and cannot sell for much. I remember the last shard I was on the level 1s were full of power weps and great armor and stuff that I could use or sell ( I was making 2700-3k per chest), but this was a UO:R shard so taht might have had something to do with it. Anyone know anything about this, or have I just been having bad luck?

Its rare but some goodies will show up in even LV1s.
I know one of the MIBs I fished up that only has 990k in it for gold had 2 Vanq weapons in it and one of those was a Silver Hally +10 outstanding Lich killier.
