Black Dye Tub

What do I have to do to get a black dye tub? Is it a reward for one of the in-game events or something?

You can use silver to get them. You get the silver from event trophies or from tournaments.

I have one for sale for 250k. :D

Is there a list somewhere showing all the things you can get with silver and possibly the ways to make it?
