yes sir, they can only be found in one location on the shard, they are a spawning rare, i believe a 4 - 7 day one if I am not mistaken

Is there not a version of the barrel that can be bought off an NPC? I could have sworn I once saw them where you could buy them.

Not to mention Terror always perferred to use these as his reg/potion bag... Cant be that rare, can they? Or maybe there are multiple version for real? Help! Uncertain!!! HELP!

this has been the case for six months now, thats the risk in any rare, also these barrels are pre-patch and will not be able to be moved via the same water barrel trick IF they eventually get to it
