if you just hogging the space it just seems like a dick move. Maybe deed + 2 smalls if the spot can be turned into a keep or castle but other wise it seems excessive. <shrug> do what you want but this is exactly why ppl bitch about the messed up housing situation here.

900k for two smalls to pave the way a keep makes no sense

keep deed = 665k + 900k = 1,565k - 88 (deeds) =~1.5m

you can get a keep for much less than that and sell the tower for profit.. think it through lettuce
