Snooping Question!

How much is too little?

I'm sort of assuming that, as you gain snooping, you not only begin to succeed at peeking more often, but you also increase your chances of doing so unnoticed. Well, my interest in stealing is PVP focused, so I don't care if the opposition is aware of my actions- I just care if they succeed.

At what point in skill gains (if it even works this way) do you suppose one would start regularly succeeding at snooping, regardless of discretion?

I suppose most players here are used to starting their thief careers as GMs... but is GM really necessary for the kind of snooping I'm talking about here? Could 80 do the trick? 60 even?

You can do 70-80 and just spam snoop (last obj) when you get near someone.
